Hi from Florida. When was Sharon's reunion? Glad to hear about Larry. Hope he starts taking is meds. Gary didn't like taking his but it had become a habit. How is the weather
in Hutch. We are getting rain. We are 3 inches below our normal. Well write soon.

Sunday at Sharons

Nancy, Sharon and I had a good time yesterday.  Sharon previewed her new outfit that she is going to wear to her class reunion this weekend.  Nancy and I helped her pick out the right jewerly to add to the outfit.  It turned out that the new necklace that she bought at Channels party was the perfect one.  Had fun, wished I had remember to take my camera.  Maybe I can get over to Sharons before she goes.  Larry got to come home on Friday.  He is not taking his medicine, or doing what he suppose to do.  He thinks he can drive, but, as of yesterday, he has not driven, thank goodness.  I will most likely have to drive him around today to get some things.  It has finally turned to Fall, with a cold front moving in, I love it.  Hope everything is OK in Florida.  Karen

Good Morning from Florida

Just wanted to say Hi. Gary went to the Cancer Doctor and she said that there was no actived in his body. But they will have to kept checking. She said that he was lucky, there is some scar tissue but not bad. I have to call my doctor on Monday after we get home from shopping. No appointment at Doctor offices until Oct . That is great. Hope everyone is OK. Talk to you soon.

Penny has posted a video of Katelyn singing at the fair.  Go to Face Book and type in Penny Lane Stoss.  Even if you are not a member you should be alble to see her Wall.  If that does not work I will try something else.  Karen

Good afternoon everyone.  Dudley and I picked up Larry and the Phys. Therapist today and took them out to his apartment.  The PT guy evaulated whether or not he thought Larry was ready to go home.  It looks like less than two weeks from now he might be able to go home.  They have to work with him using a cane, but,for the most part he will use a walker.  Then about 2:15 Dudley and I headed for the Fair.  I made sure that I got to check with the KS insurance dept. and picked up some up to date Medicare info.  But, we only lasted less than 2 hours and came home.  Dudley was sweating and arms to hurt ( I believe its a salt thing), so we came home.  I called Sharon and found out that Nancy, Mrs. Lane and she had just got back from the Fair also, they lasted about the same lenght we did.  It was really hot and muggy.  Not to much fun. 
I don't know, maybe I am just too old to enjoy the Fair.  Karen

Good Morning from Florida

Just a note to say Hi. We won't know any about Gary test until the 17th. And test are still being read by Dr. Jeryan. But no news is good news. We feed the wild birds and this morning we had about 30 birds. We have a pair of cardinals and some blue jay & I call them unknown little birds as well as doves. They are fun to watch. I am glad you had a good time. We have not gotten any word on our test yet. I Karen No news is good news. We got our flu shots Friday Morning. I have a bad headache and not
feeling all that good. But that is done for the year. Will let you know if we hear anything.

Red Hat Trip

We went to Wichita, we played a game of minature golf, I came in last, but, had lots and lots of fun. There was six of us. Afterward, we went to Red Lobster, and I had the best flounder fish dinner, and the best biscuits you can have. Had a overall, great time. Will talk to you later.
